pp321 Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the full terms of service that apply when using the pp321 platform, including players' rights and responsibilities.
Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" or "user") who accesses the pp321 platform (pp321.im) and pp321. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing games, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all of these terms.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should stop using pp321's services. pp321 may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised terms.
Access Requirements
To use pp321's services, you must meet the following requirements—
- You must be 21+ years of age. pp321 reserves the right to close accounts belonging to underage users.
- Each person may open only one account. Only one player per digital payment account within a household is permitted.
- You must be a person who can legally use this service without any immigration restrictions.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions. Playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
pp321 reserves the right to refuse account registration at any time and is not obliged to provide a reason for doing so.
Account Registration and Management
Opening an Account
To register an account at pp321, you must provide accurate personal information. If an account is opened with false information, pp321 may close the account at any time and seize any remaining balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. pp321 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from third-party access. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact pp321 customer support immediately.
Closing an Account
- If you wish to close your account yourself, you can submit a request via 24/7 Live Chat.
- pp321 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a breach of rules is detected.
- After an account is closed, any remaining valid funds may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Deposit / Withdrawal Terms
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (applies to all methods).
- Deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- Players must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name.
- Deposit frequency limits may apply until verification is complete.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
- Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
- Requests may be placed on hold and pp321 may request additional verification before processing.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement on any bonus funds has been met.
Fund Verification
pp321 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on any withdrawal request. Funds may be held while the check is in progress.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
pp321's welcome bonus is 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to unlock the bonus funds is 10x the bonus amount.
Examples (calculated)—
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering 400,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal
- Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 420,000 Ks → Wagering 2,000,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds from each individual bonus can only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
- Wagering contributions may be restricted by game type — see the bonus page for details.
- Claiming a bonus more than once (for example, using a different account) will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being closed.
- pp321 reserves the right to suspend or amend any bonus at any time without prior notice.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the pp321 platform—
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to obtain funds
- Collusion (players coordinating to deliberately disadvantage another player)
- Using robot software, bots, scripts, or any automated playing tools
- Attempting money laundering
- Playing using funds belonging to a third party rather than your own
- Hacking or attempting to hack the platform's operations
If any of the above violations are detected, pp321 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, close the account, and report the matter to the relevant legal authorities if necessary.
VIP Tiers and Cashback Policy
pp321's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As your play volume increases, you move up the tiers and can receive weekly cashback as follows—
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Cashback funds can be withdrawn with no wagering requirement. pp321's decision on VIP tier assignment is final.

Limitation of Liability

- Losses incurred by players due to server maintenance, network outages, or third-party service failures
- Losses resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, legal prohibitions)
It is understood that players choose to play of their own free will and acknowledge that gambling may result in financial loss.
